Bev Rohlehr
Lead singer
Bev has performed throughout the Northeast in venues including The Iron Horse, The Village Vanguard, the Newport Jazz Festival as a featured vocalist for such Big Bands as Mel Lewis' Jazz Orchestra and the National Jazz Ensemble.
Her album credits include: "Symphony in Black," a Smithsonian release; and "No Frills" by the Persuasions. (Rohlehr is the only woman ever to work with them). She has appeared on TV in two episodes of the award winning children's show Grover's Corner.
Bev is also an allied/alternative healthcare provider. She is licensed in Electrolysis, Certified in Burnham Systems Facial Rejuvenation, a Reiki Master, and an Independent Distributor of Young Living Essential Oils. Visit her Mariposa site.
John Colby
Keyboards and Vocals
Grammy, Ace and Emmy award winning composer and producer. John received a Grammy for Ken Burns' "Civil War" soundtrack and an Ace was for ESPN's "Outside the Lines". A composer of hundreds of TV sports themes including ESPN's Emmy winning Sportscenter, he was responsible for shaping the sound of the world's largest cable network.
He has been Music Director for the ESPY Awards since its inception, The Player's Choice, NASCAR, Indy 500 and College Basketball award shows on ESPN.
Colby is currently Music Director/Keyboardist for Clarence Clemons. He produced Clarence's "Live from Asbury Park" CD which was released in the fall of 2004.
He has performed with, among others: Ray Charles, Bill Murray, Tony Bennett, Willie Nelson, Delbert McClinton, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Duane Eddy and Grand Master Flash.

Jeff Pevar
Guitarist
Has played and/or recorded with musicians such as Ray Charles, James Taylor, Joe Cocker, Rickie Lee Jones, Chaka Kahn, Donald Fagen and Dr. John among others. He recently finished a duo tour with Grammy Aware winning, singer/songwriter Marc Cohn, who wrote the hit single Walking in Memphis. In the Saturday Night Live Band since 1990; has played with numerous and diverse acts such as Buddy Guy and the Roaches. Performed at the Amnesty International Concert in 1986 and the R&B Foundation Concert in 1994.

Guy DeVito
Bass
Is a freelance Bassist and record producer who in 1969 was a founding member of the rock group FAT, recording for RCA, Atlantic and their own Dream Merchant Records. Guy has performed and recorded with many artists since, including: Felix Pappalardi, John Kay, and Steppenwolf, Matt "Guitar" Murphy, Stevie Wonder, Danny Johnson and closer to home, Little Jimmy and the Bad Boys, Joel Zoss, the Shaboo Allstars, Jeff Pevar and the Colbys.
Don Sugai
Vocals
Vocalist with the Colbys Band for the past 12 years. Recorded the album "Runaway Train" with the Earth Disciples in 1970. Holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology, is a Staff Doctor at the Lahey Clinic in Boston, and is an author of a book on eating disorders.
Peter Walker
Guitar
A fine area guitarist - is a veteran of "Eight to the Bar" and numerous other local bands in the Hartford area.
The Uptown Horns
Crispin Cioe (Reeds), Larry Etkin )Trumpet), Bob Funk (Trombone), and Arno Hecht (Reeds) have played with everyone from James Brown to the Rolling Stones.
